Refund Request
Please note that all Aquardens vouchers are not nominal, therefore they can be transferred and used by third parties within their validity period.
REFUND REQUESTS
It is possible to request a refund for a purchased voucher and its cancellation if the request is received within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Please refer to the full regulation here.
To proceed with the refund, you must contact our operators by sending the order number and the voucher number for which the refund is requested, along with the following personal details: first name and last name, date and place of birth, residential address, and tax code.
Once the data and the eligibility of the refund request have been verified, we will confirm that the request has been received and taken into charge. The refund will then be processed within 30 days from the submission of the request, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
