WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THIS AREA?

The opening hours of the Massage & Beauty Area are always updated in the Opening Hours section of our website.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Booking is recommended to ensure the best availability. You can contact the massage area directly at +39 045 6706868 (also available via WhatsApp) or by email at massage.beauty@aquardens.it.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

To find the best availability, we recommend contacting us at least one week in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. After this deadline, the purchased voucher will be cancelled.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A MASSAGE IN A COUPLES’ ROOM?

Almost all our treatments can be performed in couples’ cabins.
In double cabins, only the same type of massage can be booked for both guests.

CAN I REQUEST A MALE OR FEMALE THERAPIST?

Yes, this can be requested at the time of booking.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE MASSAGE & BEAUTY AREA?

The area can be accessed both from outside (even without entering the Thermal Park) and from inside the park, comfortably wearing a towel or bathrobe, via a dedicated staircase or elevator.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

You do not need to bring anything specific for your massage.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A BOOKED TREATMENT?

Guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment, check in at reception, and then wait for our beauty therapists in the designated waiting areas equipped with seating.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Guests who enter the Thermal Park can charge treatments directly to their electronic wristband and pay when exiting.
Alternatively, payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
Treatments and massages can also be pre-purchased online in just a few clicks through our online shop.

HEALTH WARNINGS

If you have any particular medical conditions, allergies, or are under medical treatment, please inform us when booking the treatment.

PREGNANCY

Please inform us if you are pregnant at the time of booking, as not all treatments are suitable during pregnancy.

The Massage & Beauty Area is a space dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing. We kindly ask guests to maintain silence or a moderate tone of voice, even in passage areas, and to switch off the sound on mobile phones and electronic devices.
