Aquardens is also accessible to people with limited mobility.

Guests with a disability, certified by appropriate documentation to be shown at our reception, can access the park with a €7 discount on all full-price tickets. If the documentation also indicates the presence of companions, they can access the park with a €3 discount on the same rates.

In our parking area there are dedicated yellow parking spaces conveniently located near the entrance.
In the Hall there is also a priority lane for guests with limited mobility, allowing quicker access to our Reception.
Accessible turnstiles are available, as well as an elevator that leads to the lower floor where the changing rooms are located.

A dedicated changing room is available and shared with families with newborns, equipped with spacious cabins, accessible showers, and bathrooms. Accessible bathrooms and showers are also available in all our changing rooms, with additional accessible bathrooms located in other areas of the facility.

In the pool area, guests can request assistance from our staff using the special BlueOne chair, which helps with entering the water in case of reduced mobility.
In the thermal area there are also reserved loungers that do not need to be left free while guests are in the water, unlike all the other loungers.

Some of our indoor pools are directly connected to the outdoor ones.
The Sauna Village area and the Biergarten are directly accessible from the thermal area, while the areas located on the upper floor (self-service restaurant, Arena Gourmet, massage area, and Spa Lounge) can be reached using dedicated elevators.
