ELECTRONIC BRACELET

Upon entry, an electronic wristband is provided that allows you to:

  • access the entrance turnstiles
  • open and close lockers in the changing room area (each wristband is linked to one locker only)
  • charge all extra purchases (food, drinks, or access to additional areas), with the balance to be paid before leaving through the automatic payment machines or at the Aquardens Reception (cash, major credit/debit cards, and Satispay are accepted)

For tickets with an hourly rate, the length of stay is automatically calculated by the electronic wristband from the moment you pass through the entrance turnstiles (at any time of the day) until the moment you exit (this includes the time spent in the changing rooms). If the allowed time is exceeded, the corresponding extra-time fee will be charged at exit.

Guests are advised to always wear the electronic wristband and take care not to lose it.

The electronic wristband given to adults (over 14 years old) allows purchases up to a limit set according to the current rates; the wristband assigned to minors under 14 has a reduced spending limit set according to the current rates. In case of loss of the electronic wristband, a penalty equal to the spending limit will be charged.
